Optimization Problem

Our project studied on the assignments of workers to projects with the consideration of preferences and constraints of workers and projects. With the specific preferences and constraints, our goal is to figure out the optimal assignment that would satisfy all the constraints while trying to meet the preferences of workers on projects and their partners. In order to achieve such goal, we take two separate steps and formulate two optimization problems.
